Alec Vaughan Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Alec Spencer Vaughan, of Richmond, Texas, was born on June 21, 1995 and received his angel wings on August 1, 2015, he was 20 years old. Alec's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by his life know that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives here on earth. He gives us so much courage and hope and reminds us of the preciousness of life. Alec loved singing, music, writing, and producing his own music. He was an aspiring musician. Alec was a giving person. As his final act of giving, he was an organ donor, so that others could live. His smile and humor will always be with us. We, who knew and loved him, will forever sing his song, celebrate him and miss him beyond words. Alec is survived by his adoring parents and brother, Watts Vaughan, Jr. (Jarbey) Shauna, and Dylan. Forever loved by his extended family: Paternal Grandparents: Watts and Kay Vaughan Maternal Grandparents: Pete and Linda Vollers and Robert E. (Eddie) and Leslie Locke. His Uncle Robert E. Locke IV (Bobby), Aunt Stefany Summers, Aunt Lindsay Mulder, and Aunt Lauren Jorn. Immediate cousins, Cpl Richard A. Wilson, Robert (Rob) E. Locke V, John Locke, Kayla Locke, Alexys Summers, and Payton Summers. And a host of other family and friends. Alec was preceded in death by Grandmother Patsy Vaughan and his Great Grandparents Monroe and Mary Bass and Robert E. Jr and Helen Locke. Until we meet again... Alec is Home!
