Jack Dee Hughes Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Jack Dee Hughes, 46, passed away on October 23, 2015 at Baylor Medical Center at Carrollton in Carrollton, Texas. He was born on July 18, 1969 in Denver, Colorado to Jackie Dee Hughes and Linda Lou Wallace. Jack grew up in Mullin, Texas. He graduated from Mullin High School in Mullin, Texas in 1988. After high school he moved to Dallas where he worked as a facility operator for Quebecor Printing for 20 plus years, until they closed their doors. He worked for Valspar Corporation for almost two years. Jack married Whitney in 1997 in Port Aransas, Texas. They were happily married for 18 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching Nascar, football, baseball, barbequing with good friends and family and good quiet quality time with family, even if it was doing nothing. Jack is survived by his spouse, Whitney, of McKinney, Texas and his sons, Jacob Hughes, of Arlington, Texas, and Joshua Hughes of Bangs, Texas. He is also survived by his daughters Rylie Hughes and Peyton Hughes of McKinney, Texas, his sister, Sandy Tippey, of Mullin, Texas, and grandchildren, Mandee, Londyn and Brynlee. Jack was preceded in death by his brother, James. A celebration of life will be held at Hillcrest Christian Church 509 Graves St. McKinney Tx. at 2 PM on November 14, 2015. No black attire please.
