Deanna McKinney, 88 of Pflugerville, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband at 11am on Friday, November 27, at Eloise Woods Community Natural Burial Park, located at 115 Northside Lane, Cedar Creek Texas, 78612. http://eloisewoods.com/about.html Deanna McKinney, 88 of Pflugerville, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015. Deanna will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Joe, at 11am on Friday, November 27, at Eloise Woods Community Natural Burial Park., located at 115 Northside Lane, Cedar Creek Texas, 78612. Deanna was born June 14, 1927 to Mr. and Mrs. Tommy King of Archer County, Texas. In 1928, the family moved to Ft. Worth, Texas. Deanna met her husband, Joe McKinney in 1948, and were married shortly thereafter. They lived in Ft. Worth until moving to Austin in 1994 to be closer to family. Deanna was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Joe McKinney; and her parents. Deanna is survived by two daughters, Shari Lee of Round Rock, and Colleen McKinney of Montrose, CO; three grandchildren, Larry Lee of Austin, Sherrill Erwin of Round Rock, and Elizabeth Lane of Austin; three great-grandchildren, Haiden, Jake, and Ben. The family would like to thank the devoted staff at Graceland Personal Care Home for the wonderful care & love they gave Deanna.
