Mary Whitehead Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Mary Whitehead, 52 passed away on February 14, 2016 at Medical Center of Plano in Plano, Texas. She was born on May 4 1963 in Paterson New Jersey to Robert and Elizabeth Heberling. Mary grew up in Lake Stockholm, New Jersey. She graduated from Franklin High School in Franklin, New Jersey in 1981. Mary married John in 1986, in Lincoln Park, New Jersey. They were happily married for 29 years. Mary was a member of the PISD PTA, and was a longtime volunteer. Some of her favorite causes were Children's Literacy programs and Animal Conservation, local Boy Scout troop, and neighborhood events. In her youth, Mary was on her high school Softball and Swimming & Diving teams. She enjoyed a range of sports and activities including Bowling, Ice Skating, and Soccer. She was a lifelong weather enthusiast, and loved to play Nintendo with her boys. She was a devout animal lover. She loved a variety of music, and was even known to adventure with her sons to concerts. Mary is survived by Her spouse John of Plano Texas; Her Sons Ryan, of Plano Texas, Sean of Plano Texas, Christopher of Colorado Springs, Colorado And John II of Beijing China ; Her Sisters Theresa (Dave) Martin, of Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, Denise ( William ) Kane of Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, Her grandson Anthony and Her nieces and nephews and other relatives . She was loved by so many friends, it would be impossible to acknowledge everyone, but the Zoeckler and Mobilia families are so close they are family. Mary was preceded in death by Her Father Robert Heberling .
