James Milton Fechtel, 74, passed away of cancer on October 15th, 2018. Milton was born in Dallas, Texas on August 22, 1944. He was the oldest of six siblings, and graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas and the University of Texas at Austin.
