Andrew Epstein started his professional life as a provisional funeral director and embalmer, but he put that on hold after three years to focus on a new career in hospitality and food & beverage service. Andrew worked at many of Houston’s finest restaurants as a server and a a manager, and his enthusiasm for wine led him to achieve his level 1 Sommelier certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
After many years of providing wonderful and memorable dining experiences for many, Andrew decided to devote his hard work and efforts in helping families at a much more meaningful level of service. His compassion, attention to details, and ability to perform mitzvahs helps him achieve his goal. “After my mom passed in 2009 and the loss of my best friend just two years ago, I know how much it hurts to lose the ones you love,” says Andrew. “If there is anything I can do to make it easier for families dealing with loss, then I am all for it.”
Andrew has a degree in funeral sciences from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Services. He has been a Houston resident since age four and enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
